Metzke was founded in Perth, Western Australia in 1978 and has established itself as a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of RC drilling equipment, RC sampling systems and drilling consumables.

Metzke Thread
The Metzke thread is an adaptation of an oil-field thread. The v-form thread profile is extremely user friendly and less prone to galling than existing threads. It had a robust and square shoulder that made it less susceptible to damage.

Blowdown Valve
The Metzke™ Blowdown valve is a must have tool when drilling RC. Historically, blowdown mode has been achieved through the use of a Blowdown Sub. The Metzke™ Blowdown valve has internal valving, which does not require external 3–way valving or unnecessary hosing above or around the rotation head.
The Metzke™ Splitter
The Metzke™ Splitter utilises a patented oscillating inlet tract to evenly distribute sample over radial sample cutters. This allows sample cutting rates up to ten times that of other splitters.
Hands-free Breakout System
The Metzke™ MB550/850 breakout is a hands-free, dual function breakout tool designed to hold and break apart components in a drillstring. Becoming the most widely adopted hands free breakout tool in the RC and waterwell drilling industries, the Metzke™ MB550/850 is capable of breaking out down-hole assemblies.
The Metzke™ MB550D is a lighter duty version of the MB550, aimed specifically at the diamond drilling and light-weight RC market.
